Cold Foil
Cold foil intensifies the printed image by imprinting holographic, diffractive and refractive foils on the label. It has excellent registration at high-speeds with no upfront tooling costs. Unlike hot stamping, cold foil is applied by utilizing a photopolymer plate to apply adhesive to the foil and then is transferred via a nip roller system.
